How long can we keep the books?
Our books are available for hire for an 8 week period or until the end of a term, whichever comes first.
Are there 'overdue' fees?
Our books are in popular demand and often ordered by other schools for the next term. We appreciate the prompt return of our books. Overdue books incur a fee of $1 per book per week after the due date.
What happens if I lose or damage a book?
Replacement books are charged at $25 each. While we appreciate there may be some wear and tear, books that are damaged to the point of needing renewing will incur the replacement cost.
When will my books be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch books during the second week of the school holidays so that you have them for the start of term. Orders received at the start of a term are generally dispatched within 1 – 2 days.
Can I reserve books for the next term.
Yes! Email us and we will put your requested titles on hold for you.
How do I pay?
We will send an invoice with your order.
